Return Process
- 1.Initiate Request
Log in to your account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and provide a reason for the request.
- 2.Quality Verification
Upload clear images of the product, including the base and any defects, to help our team verify the claim against our lifetime warranty or replacement policy.
- 3.Safe Packaging
Securely pack the unused Tupperware product in its original packaging with all tags and inserts to prevent damage during the reverse transit process.
- 4.Pickup and Refund
Our courier partner will collect the parcel from your doorstep, and once the inspection is complete, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
